人口普查前的户口整顿工作是公安机关做的，除了在本户的《常住人口登记表》上要求签名按捺指纹外，没有强制要求采集其他信息，不过《常住人口登记表》上有血型这个项目，是自己申报的。应该没有什么意思，可能是为完成什么指标任务吧。
